Hey,
I would recommend the hot springs of Puritama (~7 baths about 32°C). Are about 35 kilometers in the direction of the geysiers (also recommendable). Dirt road but also easy. However other people told me the Geysiers "Sol de manana" on the other side of the border, means bolivian side, should be better. You pass the roud to bolivia when coming from argentina. It is a dirt road but easy to ride (was there with a heavy Africa Twin).
Can recommend the Hostal Corvatch in San Pedro. Do ask for the cheap rooms (they have also very expensive ones). Are small but ok. Central showers with hot water avaliable.
How to find it: Standing in front of the church (looking in direction of the church) head right and follow the street fro about 200meters. It is on the right side and has a quite new wooden door. You can park the bike in the backyard. Costs about 6000Pesos/night (i know it is expensie but still cheap for that place). There is also a camping in San Pedro, thats cheaper.
By the way: There is a little bakery on the right hand side before you reach the hostal. Offer the best apple pies I have ever had!
In case you are interessted in some pics, have a look on my homepage:
