I have a KLR with Colorado plates that has 20 000 miles for sale. I have ridden from the U.S. through Central and South America, it has been a dream machine and I've kept up all services (I even flew it from Panama to Colombia so there are no rust issues).



I am asking $4000.00 (U.S.).

I will be in Buenos Aires from the 1st to the 6th of July and can potentially ride it to anywhere in the vicinity if need be. If there are no takers then I will be shipping it home.

It is set up perfectly for touring and comes with:

-Progressive 465 front and rear (1 inch shortened) aftermarket shocks (essential even if you aren't intending to do off road).
-Extra tall and wide windscreen (also essential, I can guarantee, stops wind hitting body and face).
-Shortened doohickey spring.
-Crash bars with tour pegs, skid plate, handguards, 1 inch handlebar risers, off road steel pegs and seat cover.
-Givi Keyless E41 panniers (I have found these perfect cos unlike other panniers they take 2 seconds to remove (via a lock), so you can carry them straight into hotel as you check in).
-KLR brand soft expandable rear pack and Wolfman tankbag.
-Spare tubes, puncture kit, air compressor and pro guage, tyre irons, basic tool kit, spare plug etc...

I also have a First Gear (Jaro) fully padded jacket, sixsixone body armour (I have been wearing this under jacket when cold for extra protection) and large riding pants which could be negotiated.

I can arrange for a full service in Buenos Aires at Dakar Motos or a Kawasaki dealer to re-assure any potential buyer.
