Well, for example Colombia, you can get most parts and tires, so why send it?
If you do, I suggest you use one of several forwarders in the states. There's ABE cargo in Miami. Its a Colombian run business. They receive what ever you need to ship down at their office in Miami and forward it to an address here in Colombia. Price is approx 15 US for 2,5 pounds. You do not pay tax as they ship the things as sample goods.
