I shipped a box of parts (some used, some new, nothing high-dollar) to Lima last year.
USPS told me 6-10 days. Ended up being more like a month. The hold up happened on the Peruvian side, but I'm not sure if it was a customs issue or a carrier issue. Either way, the box arrived with everything still inside, no fines, fees or restrictions as far as I know.
USPS was the cheapest by far, but dimensions mattered much more than domestic shipping. I believe it was $45 to ship to the medium-sized box, but if I had been a half inch bigger it would have been $90 to ship (or something like that, the memory is fuzzy). Check the weight and size limits before packing everything up.
