Some common short term solutions while overlanders visit Zanzibar. May work for long term although you may want to look into costs to make sure they are reasonable.

Thank you MountainMan
I knew this adresses for short time parking, and as I want to store our cars for several months, I was looking for testimonials for long time strorage.
I will contact them any way and another address newly foud, used by other french travellers, and very happy with it : the Free Pentecostal Church for 1 USD per day and good services. They seem to have a garage.
If I have an answer, I will tell you.
Cheers

I reply to myself because we found a good address for this :
You can store your car in Dar Es Salaam at FPCT Center : Free Pentecoast Church of Tanzania
We have stored our 2 4x4 from last June 2012 till October 2012
It is not as good as Jungle Junction because it is not really for overlanders and for camping, it is a guesthouse where people linked to Pentecostal Church come (no alcool, no cigarets,...), but you can have rooms and meals It is clean and staff is helpful. In particular Charles Nkwabi, the assistant manager
You can email them at this address : fpctcentre@yahoo.com
We paid 50 USD per month. It's a covered parking with fences but not a lot of places. Thay started the car, once per week.
The whole place is protected by a big wall because they store aswell trucks and containers

Thanks for the info - sounds like a good solution as the places on the beach are only really ok for short term - you end up with far too much rust otherwise.
After a bad accident mine effectivity sat by the beach for 5 months and half of it rusted away...
