Bike Hire - South Africa
I am thinking about hiring a bike in February to travel between Jo'burg and Cape Town (or do the journey in the opposite direction) to ride along the Garden route. It'll only be a quick journey (5 days) and I was hoping to pick up in one city and drop off in the other.
Is it possible to do this?
And, if so, do you know of any cmpanies that will provide one-way bike hire?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Rachel

Hi,
I have the email address of a BMW dealer/rental company in South Africa. I don't know if they have what you want but it's a start.
Good luck with your trip.
I changed "@" in the email in "-at-" so spammers can't use it automaticly. To send mail you have to change it back.
Here's the address: colin.gallop-at-bmwdealer.co.za

Although I haven't rented from them, you can try Moto Berlin, who are based in both Cape Town and Joburg.

I have been to South Africa, but... I didn't do the trip as planned, unfortunately. There seem to be several bike hire places available but I didn't feel comfortable biking around on my own in a strange country/continent.
