Or you could approach the car dealers in Quartier Fleuve, like Yussuf beside the Bistro Bafing (lovely place btw).
Car market in Bamako appeared a bit saturated in January, and dealers were pessimistic. The city is getting congested so perhaps a good thing if it slows down.
Theres always a buyer if you have the right vehicle.
But dealing with the "business-men" can easily become exhausting.
