Neither Rwanda, Uganda or Kenya stamp your bike details in your passport, so I cant see it being an issue in any of the three countries for you to leave and return to collect your vehicle a short time later.
In terms of location, Kenya and Uganda have more of a hostel culture than Rwanda so it would probably be easier to leave your vehicle in a hostel in either of those countries. In Nairobi, both Jungle Junction or Upper Hill Campsite would allow you to leave your vehicle. Otherwise you could try Ian Duncan, the KTM dealer in Nairobi (details are in the KTM section) for safe storage.
In Kampala, either Backpackers or Red Chili should be a safe bet.
cheers

You can store it at Jungle Junction in Nairobi. Other do it. Contact Chris and see what he says. I think he charges a very small fee for the service.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
