yep , ITs possible to get the Mauri visa in Spain .
The Embassy is at Madrid (St Velazquez 90) . Good and cheap underground parking .
Takes 2 days , althought apparently It can be arranged beforehand. If requested , apparently they can issue it on the spot.
It costs 50 euros the "first" entry and then 10 euros every further entry .
Beware that -as the embassy is staffed by Mauritanian people- at the purest Mauritanian tradition .
i.e. :
*No signs on the whole building about were to go , whom to ask , or where to wait , or even if it is the Embassy or not.
*A empty waiting room with 3 missmatching chairs with no-one to ask wtf one is supossed to do.
*People talking and yelling in arabic all around building and -of course- they don't speak the locak (Spanish) Language.
*Absolutely lack of politeness towards the customers/tourists/visitors
Id go for the visa on the spot at the border , instead. Same price and much more conveniente.
