People in Mali wanted to swap my bike for 10 Camels and even their doughter so im shure you can sell a vehicle there. If you get any problems they are easy to solve with a little bribe:

Now that Tonka failed to deliver his proofs, it is safe to conclude that regular tourists entering Mali don't get their passports stamped with car details. In this respect selling a car in Mali is a piece of cake.
A small suggestion: only say what the border officials ask you and never wave your NGO flag if you can help it as you'll very likely be perceived as a walking moneybag and handled accordingly.

Your English must not be good...Go back and read the whole sentence again to understand my point... Or, don't bother as i am obviously making up the whole story of how i was stopped at Bamako Airport..
After all i have so much to gain from telling lies... To make it easier i will happily say "You are right and i am wrong" because being the type of person i am i have more important things to get on with.. So, give yourself a pat on the back..

Before this degenerates into a bun fight, I'll close the thread.
The op asked a question and many replies have been offered.
If anyone decides to do something illegal and disreguard the rules in any country, it's their business and they will have to face the consequences of doing so if/when caught.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
