As far as I know the DR350 is not imported to Africa. If you can use parts from the odd small Suzuki you might find something but I wouldn't expect it. You can find low-quality chains but I doubt you will find sprockets. It is possible to weld the outer part of a new sprocket to your inner part of the sprocket but I wouldn't recommend it other then for emergency.
According to a few people on this board a healthy set of chain and sprockets will get you down to Cape Town
You can get cheap Chinese tires in most bigger cities but the usual brands are very difficult to get (there is one expensive place in Nairobi and I think there is a mx-shop in Malawi).
It's a lot easier in Namibia and South-Africa.
