How long does the engine run ok before it starts to die, and how long does it take to fire up again (short, like seconds, or minutes?). And does the engine die suddenly, or take a few seconds...:confused1:

it didnt die on me.. i was riding. then suddenly the bike just loses its rpm. even when i was throttling... then i had to off the bike and start the bike to let it be back to normal..
the problem could continue all the way ( even when my bike come to full stop n i was throttling ) unless i restart the bike..

Sounds like a fuel problem - carb float? jets? fuel lines and filters? That's what I would start with anyway....
Good luck with it.

My instinct points toward the rather complicated carb.
Get good mechanic to take it OFF the bike ...
