Any place where it has been raining for a week to make everything damp and where the visibility is so poor you can only just see the road - nothing else can be seen. May as well have staid at home. 
Are some better than others? It is like picking the best fruit.. mangoes, passion fruit, pineapple, ... best? They are all different.
