BUT the basic rules of polite and civil conduct which everyone agreed to when signing up for the HUBB, will still apply, though moderation will be a LITTLE looser than elsewhere on the HUBB.

Quote of the Month...

I have dedicated a SPECIAL area on the XT Girls' website to honour quotes from fellow bar attendees. (Note: I'm NOT using the term fellow BIKERS, for that would be in an insult)

In order to qualify for this singular honour - the quote needs to reflect a frame of mind of spectacular stupidity, or sheer pig-headedness.

..I can add to that, f**cking arrogant, chauvinistic, pathetic and narrowminded, but that would get me banned....

I invite you all to compete for the space - although I doubt whether TODAY's winner will easily be toppled. Please feel free to view on our websites as seen below.

(The space WAS reserved for funny, succint and entertaining bloke's quotes -- but I'm having a bad, bad day, forgive me)

Curses!

My work computer can't access your site. And the combination of XTs and girls sounds so promising!

That's because the way the web server is set up that's hosting their website is having an issue with multiple domain names being directed to a singular IP address on their webserver...plus its not very secure!

I got in an Caminado may need extra moderation if he sees his celebrated quip...

Ladies...hope that helps.

Sorted now?

I think it should be sorted now?

I'm hosting it on my own server - and I forgot to log out of the actual folder, after updating it?

What an excellent website Impasto. I really like the graphics. It's one of the most original I've seen, and I totally agree with your sentiments about charity. All the very best for your trip.

My work computer can't access your site but my home computer can.
Nice site, very nice user interface but it is slow to load.

What if the book with the travel story is 200 pages? It will take very long to get to the updates. Maybe you could make tabs to "jump" to a new chapter.

I bet it took a lot of time to build it that nice!

New to Horizons Unlimited?

New to motorcycle travelling? New to the HU site? Confused? Too many options? It's really very simple - just 4 easy steps!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
