Iridium satellite phones at bargain price
I have information about Iridium satellite phones (Kyocera SS-66K) to be bought at a bargain basement price.
They’re not the latest model but are small, lightweight, and weatherproof and work as well as any Iridium phone. The phones were manufactured by Kyocera and until the introduction of Motorola 9050 were the standard issue with most sat phone rental companies. I have checked with Iridium and they confirmed the phones are fully supported. The only drawback is that the spare parts may be hard to get. But what would you expect at this price?
To activate the phone you will need a standard Iridium SIM card from any sat network provider. The price is UKP 250.00 plus P&P to any UK destination (a bit more to continental countries).
