Lightweight nylon backpacking tents should not be set up and left in the sun (set up late in the day, take down in the morning - never leave set up for days on end).

Thanks mate appreciate it..
For the record, the tent was never left set up for days on end. always only ever left up to dry, then packed up.. always aired out befor putting away and was stored in a lose bag.
Okay I can tell you that the tent has not degraded (as far as i can tell), it is still water proof (still beads up) and non of the stitching is coming apart..
So I am now open to reasonable offers.. (to the guy that PM'd £4 including shipping. ). Remember this to help fund my trip so be nice (if the offers make it not worth selling then i wont..it is still a very useful piece of kit)
