A couple of months ago i purchased the Magadan Panniers from Adventure Spec. Unfortunately they were delivered with a small manufacturing defect. Nevertheless i still decided to go on vacation in France this year, so this defect has no actual bearing on the load and transport abilities of the panniers. In the photos you can see that on one bag one of the straps began to “unravel”. It is still possible to attach the panniers to the bike in the designed fashion. I also added some photos of my travel setup so that you can estimate that they are indeed travel worthy. Nonetheless i think it might be a good idea to bring them to a tailor of sorts. Adventure spec recommended me to hit the spot with a lighter but i never did so. They are still in the condition as they came to me. Both bags were only used on my short vacation this year in France and they were stored in my wardrobe. They held up just fine and basically look new. Surprisingly Adventure Spec sent me a brand new set of panniers and id like to sell the original set now.

Included are both water tight bags of course.

Vor einigen Monaten habe ich bei Adventure Spec einen Satz Magadan Panniers bestellt. Diese wurde mit einem leichten Produktionsfehler geliefert. Dennoch bin ich dieses Jahr in Richtung Frankreich mit den Taschen gefahren, der Fehler hat also keine Auswirkungen auf die Traglast an sich. Auf den Photos könnt ihr erkennen, dass bei einer der Taschen auf einer Seite ein Stück des Klettverschlusses beginnt sich aufzuriffeln. Dennoch ist es möglich die Taschen am Motorrad sicher und fest zu befestigen. Ebenso hier ein paar Photos meiner Ausstattung auf der Reise. Die Taschen sind also funktionsfähig. Von Adventure Spec wurde mir empfohlen die Stelle mit einem Feuerzeug anzuschmelzen, sodass sich der Riemen nicht weiter aufriffelt. Es ist mit Sicherheit eine gute Idee das Stück aber nochmals von einer/einem Schneiderin/Schneider überarbeiten zu lassen. Ich habe an der Stelle nichts verändert, bin also auch nicht mit dem Feuerzeug drüber gegangen. Die beiden Taschen hatte ich nur auf einem kurzen Urlaub in Frankreich benutzt, sonst waren sie immer in meinem Schrank verstaut. Die Taschen haben sehr gut gehalten und sehen immernoch wie neu aus. Nun habe ich überraschenderweise von Adventure Spec einen neuen Satz geschickt bekommen und möchte den ersten Satz verkaufen.

Ich möchte so offen es mir möglich ist mit euch umgehen, wenn ihr also noch Fragen habt, mehr Photos sehen wollt oder was auch immer, einfach eine PM schreiben.

Dabei sind natürlich auch die wasserdichten Innentaschen.

Falls ihr in der Nähe seid, könnt ihr euch die Taschen natürlich auch gerne bei mir in Göttingen abholen.

Der Versand erfolgt eigentlich nur innerhalb Deutschlands, ich würde aber auch innerhalb der EU versenden, wenn das nicht zu kompliziert ist.
