At least with trying to help get Mike's visa sorted, I will be kept busy until my bike arrives or Mike, it's anyones guess as to which/who will get here first - both thanks to Australian bureaucracy.
And I do have a great career which I love, especially when it includes travel. Fingers crossed I will get back into it soon enough, job interviews at the mo! And when I'm done sorting out visas or banks or importing bikes, I will definitely be looking into the next big adventure.

be Happy
I myself had the same problem and after travelling for month I was always a bit depress, going to work after a long trip to Africa or South America seems like life stop at the end of the trip.It took me years to understand that life should be good everywhere and you don't need the desert of Mongolia or the jungle of Brasil to feel alive, I travel every year for few month but now the difference is that I enjoy life all the time and can you believe it even work (without drug, alcool, politic or religion) I always try to find the best angle of any situation and do not have to wait for the next expedition to be alive.( can't wait for my next trip (SE Asia and India)

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
