Britain to another country
Hello, I'm new to this and don't have any friends with bikes but got my license to ride abroad. I have a Yamaha DT 125 and want to ride to Morocco or Scandinavia. Can go in Spring or Summer but would have to limit it to two or three weeks. Love to do as much trail or off road riding as possible. If anyone's interested in doing something like this on a similar(ish) size bike then fire away. Oh, i'm a 34 year old male..

ps ....if its possible to upgrade to a 250 or bigger , i recommend it due to the distances involved ? if not choose a slightly shorter route ? i could maybe join you for part of the trip on my triumph scrambler ?

whiteshiva you legend! Thanks so much for the reply. Have you ridden on the great atlantic road? it looks pretty epic. I was talking to another guy on here and we were toying with the idea of shipping our bikes to iceland and doing up a trip up there if you fancied it.
If I decide on a scandinavian saga i'll definitely hit you up for advice and hopefully get you to join up.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
