Ecuador heading to Ushuaia
Hi
Just hit Quito Ecuador and then making my way south to Ushuaia.
The plan is to hit some remote areas in Peru and Bolivia i.e. Solar de Uyuni along the way.
I'm riding an F800gs solo and I guess it would make sense not to ride alone in some of these areas.
If anybody is interested send me a note.
Cheers
Greg

Cancelled
Greg,
regarding a post on a message, i've cancelled my "motodays" in Peru due to a work contract that will begin inmediatelly, rather than in jan 2010, as my intention. Work is work!
Let me know when you have bike and documentation ready so if you'd like, we can at least have a drive together.
Buen viaje!

I'm in Quito now but I'm waiting on a package that DHL will deliver on Tues, heading South, no real plan or huge hurry.
I'm riding a DR650 with dirt tires.
...Where are you guys staying? I'm at Majestic Hotel but it's too expensive $20 and plan to move out today, maybe a hostel with moto parking.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
