Mongolia
Hi Stefan,
I'm sure we will cross somewhere... How long are you planing on traveling? I Will leave Vladivostok on the 10th of May going all the way to Germany via the same countries but entering Europe in Estonia.
Would be great to meet somewhere in between. What sort of time frame do you have?

Hey Stefan that route is a possibility for me (Mark Hammond mentioned by Kurvenfieber). I am shipping my DR650 from Egypt to Greece next week but still waiting on Russia visa so my timetable is uncertain. And depending on visas and timing I'll either do the KKH route, or ride to Mongolia and on to Vlad.

Well, seems as if an entire flock of bikes is coming from the west...
I probably shall bump into you coming from the opposite direction.
Right now, still in Busan awaiting bike ...

Currently in Göreme, Cappadocia. We'll be making our way further towards Georgia from tomorrow on. Stop to say hi if you cross any Husqvarna Terras on the road!

Hi there,
I´m in Sighnaghi/Georgia right now.
A wonderful place, I do recommend strongly to visit some places here, like Mestia, or this area where I´m at now. But there are plenty of good other places.
I will be heading to russia on 14.05.
I´ll stay near the boarder the night before crossing on 15.05.
So if you want to meet up, let me know.
save ride

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
