Iceland 2016
Hey!
Looking for 1-2 fellow riders to join me on a trip to Iceland August of 2016.
Nothings set in stone thus far but planning to stay there for about 2 weeks + ferry times(might include 2 days stopover on faroer).
Sort of flexible on the time but have to be back at the end of August(hardalpi tour in early sep. is calling ).
F-Roads, Highlands and everything outside tourist centers is the very very rough plan
Im riding up from Vienna to Hirtshals, maybe take the train to Hamburg if theres some decent offers available.

well, as i said, the only plan at this point is highlands and the F-Roads.
I've been looking into it and theres some ideas floating around but nothing along the lines of "i gotta see" this.
also, i usually take the "lets see where the roads takes me" approach ;-D
any particular ideas on your side ?

I highly recommend the free motorcycle offer which we did in 2015 with the 3 day stopover in the Faroes. We booked now to get the special offer.
BTW you have to either book a cabin or a berth in a couchette, you cannot sleep in any of the lounges as they are closed.

I'm taking the ferry on August 20, stopping for two days in the Faroe Islands, then to Iceland but riding with a planned group once there.
