Hi Guys, We are currently on route to India from the UK in our campervan and in Slovenia now. Not sure when we will be ready to hit Pakistan but will be looking to hook up with fellow overlanders to travel through the dodgy bit !! I will keep an eye on the thread and see who is around Iran at the same time.
Happy Travels, James and Louise

Istanbul to Iran/Persian Gulf
And another one!
I came down from Berlin, Germany and am currently staying in Istanbul getting things ready for heading towards Iran. I expect to be leaving here around 21. of September and want to slowly (2 Weeks?) head towards the Iranien Border.
I will determine the route within the next days and while traveling (still considering detour via Georgia/Aserbaidschan).
Where you guys now? Anyone up for a meet up?
cheers,
migo

Hi Roland and guys,
I'm in Pamukkale/Turkey now.
I'll try to reach Iran border in 1 October.
Which border you are crossing?
I'm going to via Dogubayazit main road.
