I may be interested, the timing work out well for me. I'd be solo on a bike.
I'm trying to organise travel through Iran to Pakistan but this would be option 2 and looking more and more likely.

Do you already have a clear idea about dates and costs for crossing China?

Hello!
I might be interested too!
Alone on my bike, the cost to cross China is too expensive! As Joshuwaa I can pass through Pakistan from Iran, but "China solution" will be nicer for me!
And I think I could be in Kirghizstan at the begining of august!

Hey everyone
Looks like we already might have quite a big group. I have a quote from China overland for 4 people (around 1400 USD per Person) but we could look further.
We will aim for the dates around the 13ths of August to be in Kashgar for the market. What would you think about that?
Here are the details I got so far:
4 Days in total, from Kyrgistan over Turgat or Irkistan pass to Kashgar, then to Tashkorgan and then to Pakistan.
We would need to book everything about 3 month befor entering.
It would be best if we would find someone with a car as well, because then we would not have to pay the petrol/car for the guide.
If you guys want I can send you the information I got via email or in a facebook group. Let me know
Kind regards
Xenia & Tinu from Switzerland

Hi, Just been reading this thread and your website with interest. I just have the embryonic thoughts about riding from the UK to SE Asia and then possibly to visit a friend in Eastern Australia.
No timescale has been set yet but have great flexibility for this.
Thanks

Hey all
I'm planning a trip from London to Melbourne July/Aug 2017 (although really flexible with dates).
Planning to cut across Europe, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan... and that's about as far as the planning got as I stumbled across China... which I can't afford to travel through solo.
Would love to join a group to explore a few countries with...
Cheers Chris
