London to (via Mongolia and Japan) Australia leaving mid-Sept
Hi
Just thought i would put this out there as my trip planning is now looking a lot more concrete. I have a visa to work in oz and will be leaving approximately mid-September from London, through Northern Europe and Russia to Mongolia to keep visas required to a minimum.
I am then going to Japan and i am trying to organise going through Sakahlin Island. Looking to hear from anyone heading in the same direction, and specifically the Mongolia to Japan section where i would prefer to be in a group or another rider. So anyone in Ulaanbaatar from Mid October to Nov this year?
Many Thanks, Adam

I am not sure of the weather in Central Asia then but it might be a little chilly, you could look into going further south through Iran, Pakistan and India, it will be the ideal time for going that way and more chance of finding others headed in that direction.

Hi buddy,
I might be interested in this kind of trip. I had initially be looking into a long way round type trip. Though this sounds to be quite similar and I may even be up for travelling with you down to Oz (time permitting, as I am taking unpaid time off work).
I am pretty flexible as well in relation to dates and countries we need to travel through.
Let me know what you think

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
