Looking for Ridding buddy UK-anywhere leaving 31may2016
Hi,
New here. I am off from 30.05.2016-14.06.2016 but could extend my holiday for another week or move a bit if some great plan would come up. I live in England. My original plan was to visit Spain, bit of France, Switz, Austria, Czech, Poland and home country Lithuania and back to UK. Anyone would like to join in?
Also tempted to change plan and visit Morocco just don't want to go on my own if anyone would be interested to go with me?
My bike is old Africa twin 750 so speed would be 70-80mph
Thanks and ride safe
Val

R:E 30th May
Hi there unfortunately you are leaving a week too early for me I leave Manchester UK on the 6th of June with a similar (ish) plan in other words no real plan I just want to head towards the Transfagarasan highway and have a 2/3 week timetable unfortunately though my leaving date is fixed due to a family wedding on the 4th so keep posting your plans and maybe we could meet up somewhere on the trip.
Welcome to the best information available for motorbike travellers anywhere on the web

I don't know my plans yet as I'm between jobs but if I don't find anything before then I'd definitely be up for Morocco. My only concern is your limited time and how far we could get. Meanwhile I'll be preparing my bike as I had planned to just jump on it and go at some point. If you have given any thought to Morocco I would be interested to know your thoughts. Also if your flexible I would probably what to leave sooner than later, planning for the most days. Not given it any thought yet but it's certainly worth considering.

This will be my very approximate route. No hotels booked and things can change. I could join you for a while if you've decided on Morocco.
I'll have to be in northern Europe 15-20 June. Riding an 800XC and looking for small roads!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
