Myanmar tour around Dec/Jan 2015/2016
Hi, we are a couple in our late 50's travelling 2 up around S E Asia on a DR 650 between mid November '15 to February '16 and would like to tour Myanmar. I'm looking to get some people together to spread costs for the Myanmar section. Time is open to input and I'm just waiting for a reply from Burma senses travel. Gavin

Hi Gavin! I will also cross Myanmar starting Dec 5th, 16day Tour. As far as I know Burma Senses has two groups on this date, the first already full. They are usually really fast responding to emails.
Maybe we see each other there ;-) ride safe!
Btw: which way are you crossing? Thai-India or vice versa?

Hi Atta,
I don't want to cross Myanmar just ride around it for say 2 /3 weeks. How long does the crossing take? Do you make side trips or go straight through? Maybe I can go both ways

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
