RTW going west from London 2005/6
Hey,
I am looking at doing a complete rtw trip that will start from London encompass the Americas, Australia then through Asia heading east back into Europe. Realistically I hope to leave 2005/6. Sorry to be so vague but living in London, saving cash for the trip is proving harder than expected so the start date is getting pushed further and further back!
I find myself back in London after my last travels working in an office being driven up the wall by my boss planning my next trip away and I ask my friends to see if anybody was interested in joining me.. the usual pub talk amounted to nothing with girlfriends, student debts, and careers posing obstacles that they were not willing to overcome.
So I thought I would put a post on this web-site and see if anybody was interested in heading west? If you have ever contemplated something like this then get in touch with me. What have you got to lose?!

Hi
Yep, we are heading off in April next year going as far as we can for as long as we can. Flogging house at present to keep us in petrol and ... I'll shout before we head off. Kind of planning to go the other way though!!!
As for jobs, they really suck... Run away!!!

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
