thumper
Hello there, I guess it's not strictly a thumper more like a ' tapper ' I have just started preparing a Yamaha TW 200 for a series of trips I wish to do over the next few years. it wont be fast but speed isn't my thing, simplicity durability & light weight are ! lets keep in touch, I rode a XT 600 around the world 5 years ago through Russia doing the road of bones etc so I have a bit of experience if it helps, regards, john

John, big respect mate for the RoB trip..!! Will your ride do 50mph or close..?? Not that it matters, like I said, it's an acorn of an idea. The aim would be to reach there in one peice, have fun excitement and adventure on the way. Defo keep an eye out and intouch. I'm off to India on the 17th for three months via eastern europe as per the website, very excited..!!!

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
