Tempted to off-road some in Morocco in spring too!
Looking for manageable pistes appropriate for heavy Africa Twin...
What window of time do you have for this trip?
Mine HAS to be roughly between 10 march and 20 april.

Morocco Jan-Feb 2013
Hi,
I'm planning a road trip to Morocco in January/February 2013. Will be riding a Deauville, so unfortunately no tracks for me!
The only window I won't be available is Feb 8-17. Other than that, I have flexibility. Will be departing from South of Spain.
I would like to join a grOup foa all or part of the trip.
Cheers!
Miguel

Morocco
Hi Guys
Opportunity to take 2/3 weeks end of Feb or March (either) Morocco sounds very tempting no real off road experience or m/bike in Africa but would love opportunity to meet up.generally camp or mix of both.
Cheers

Unless you wish to explore areas that you think there might not be accommodation, I'd advise against camping that early in the year. It's a long time dark and the nights can be very cold, especially at altitude.

Hey travelers,
I'm pretty damn excited to say I'll be flying into Rabat on March 26th. I have no definitive plan yet, but renting a bike and exploring is an absolute must. Been considering the possibility of heading into Western Sahara. I am of course open to any destinations, routes, or ideas. I'll have to rent a bike in Marrakesh, which will delay the start of my riding, probably until March 29th/30th. Looking at leaving Morocco around the 8th or 9th of April. All these dates are pretty flexible. After Morocco I'll be heading north and continuing on through Spain and Portugal. Probably easiest to just PM me if these dates work, and anyone wants to chat about doing some riding together!
