Vancouver - South America
Anyone interested in a South America adventure, looking for someone to ride with. I live in the Vancouver BC area. Leaving in Sept. of this year. Down the west coast, maybe fly home from Santiago. Or what ever, open to suggestions. 69 years old..

Sounds terrific - I wish I was in the position able to go now myself!
Maybe a few years down the road...

Just a guess as your handle. í ½í¸Š
I will be heading south from the Nakusp event late August. Plan on riding a few BDRs through the states. Playing in the copper canyon area for 2 weeks, then south, if very hot stay high, if not too hot along the coast.
I am sure we can meet up somewhere on our journeys. í ½í¸Š
I am 61 years young, and do not intend to grow up. í ½í¸

Hi,
I just saw your message. I have similar plans and I thought you might like to meet up.
In November 2017, I will ship my bike from Los Angeles to Santiago, Chile. Then spend two weeks in a Spanish immersion class to refresh my Spanish. Following that, I will pick up my bike (1200GSA), and head to Ushuaia. Then ride to Columbia, ship to Panama, ride back to Los Angeles.
If that sounds good, let me know. I usually ride solo, however, I wouldn't mind company in South/Central America.
I'm 68, and I probably won't grow up!

Nope RNS my initials.
My plan was to leave from the HU meet in Mariposa. But it can all change. Nothing written in stone. Would like to take my time that's all. My email richard.sullivan85@yahoo.com lets keep in touch. Yanto & JimGLV

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
