European Emissions Zones, Restrictions and Requirements
Information about where there are low emission zones restrictions and other restrictions of road use can be found at https://urbanaccessregulations.eu/.
For rules of the road in various European countries try the FEMA site - https://www.femamotorcycling.eu/consumer-information/riding-abroad/.
The Urban Access website was quite clunky when I went on it - hopefully this will improve over time and become more user friendly. The easiest way I found was to plan my route as normal and then put the cities on the route into the site to see what came up. Another way is to go onto the "Schemes by Country" and then look for where you are going.
Where there is a need to register the vehicle, say for the Crit'Air stickers in France, then there are links provided to the relevant official sites - there are lots of sites that charge additional fees on top of the official fees for no additional benefit so it is best to stick to the official websites.
No doubt the links will fall over in time - if you find that they have then please update this thread with the new link or additional links.
