Question How much room do South/Central America visas take up?

I'm flicking through my passport and I'm starting to think I may not have enough pages left, due to African visas taking up a page or more.
How many pages d'you think I'll need for Arg/Chile/Bol/Peru/Ecua/Colombia and Central America??

I assume you mean the tourist visa, and you're British right? Well as long as nothing has changed, for Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador, (I think), you just need the two 90 day entry and exit sellos. I haven't made my self very clear; these 3 or 4 countries are now one for the purposes of travel across borders. You only require 2 small sellos for each of the other LaAm countries, about 4cm x 4cm or 4cm x 2cm. Does that help?

Oh! I forgot the importation permit for the bike. You'll need a page for either Costa Rica or Panama and half a page for Honduras.

Simon;
Rode the route you are taking and looking at my passport it took up seven leaves.
Hope this helps.

Central/South American Visa

Do you have to get any of the visa before you go?

Hi Annette
Nope. When are you leaving? North to South? I guess we'll meet in the middle somewhere...

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
