anything's possible.
can't you just photocopy it, send it back for correction and have it sent out to where ever you are (in Europe) if it doesn't arrive back in time. I left with no drivers license or v5, and had them sent out to south of france.

You DEFINITELY want to get this corrected. In Egypt for instance you WILL lose the bike. They check everything, multiple times, by multiple people. If one thing is wrong it's obviously an attempt to smuggle, and the bike will end up in the huge impound compound from which nothing leaves.
As noted above, get the correct papers sent on somewhere before you cross a border where they'll check the papers closely.

Thanks for the replys folks, it will be dealt with in the morning .
As I am fine combing at the moment, here,s another question.
The actual engine No,s on our two XT 600,S have a hyphen followed by three zeros, like this_000. On the V5 it reads four zero,s,like this, 0000.
The question therefore is, is a hyphen the same as a zero in paperwork speak?
It would seem unlikely that DVLA would make the same mistake on two random docs:confused1:
Shit folks, I never thought I would be discussing whether a zero is the same as a hyphen when we started planning this .
Never mind crashing, injury, famine, pestilance, running out of gas/water/food, or worse, , GET YOUR ZERO,S RIGHT

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
