Iran visa in Trabzon Turkey

Hi all
here are my experience getting Iran visa in Trabzon Turkey:
It's properly the easiest way to get an Iran visa.
The consulate open at 9.
You can fill out the application form in the office of the consulate and you need one passport photo.
After they checking your application form and gives you the OK, you have to pay then the visa fee on a bank account (~75 EURO).
In the afternoon you can pick up your passport with the ran visa.
No authorization code needed!

Cheers
Christian

Do you know of any restrictions in the type/duration of the visas that are issued there? (transit only in a limited, short time for instance).

Also, were there any restrictions on the nationality of the visa applicant that this consulate will consider?

Thanks

Hi,

I was at the Trabzon-consulate last year and the procedure mentioned above was excatly the same! But an Emglish guy was refused the same time...

I guess it's the same like if you go the "official" way with references according to nationalities and politics...

I just passed Trabzon today, again. But now in the opposite direction...

Cheers Alex

Thanks for the info. If you have an update it would be appreciated as I'll be heading that way at the end of May.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
