If you can read Farsi script, you'll probably notice that your name sounds rather different, as it is transliterated by someone (or perhaps a machine) who may be unable to pronounce it correctly. On my five Iranian visas, I don't think my name has been spelt the same twice, and never does it read correctly in Farsi.
The machine readable strip at the bottom is then re-transliterated from Arabic to Latin alphabets, meaning it is unlikely to look the same. Not to worry.
The only things which have to match are your passport number, and the visa dates must match in the Persian / Western Calendars.
