Hi Tom
I would try LanChile Cargo for starters. Local address details are on their website:
www.lancargo.com
Next I would try Hellmann Worldwide, who do both air and sea freight and have offices in Santiago (as well as a number of other South American cities).

I would try Panalpina, who also do both air and sea freight and have offices worldwide.

Both Hellmann and Panalpina have been recommended by travellers, but shipping out of South America requires due care and attention. At least with an international company, you can yell at them in the destination country if there's a problem, and they can't easily point fingers at the destination agent since it's also them!
Air freight should be less problematic than sea freight, and the cargo companies are used to vehicles so you won't encounter the hassles that you would if you try to go through a passenger carrier.
Good luck, and let us know how you make out.
