Exclamation Container Germany to Peru - offering space !

Folks,

we are planning a trip to Peru, Bolvia and Chile from mid of May until mid / end of June 2007. Therfore we are going to charter a container leaving Hamburg mid of April. Currently we have a 20' box in mind but we still can upgrade to a 40' (?) container which offers much more space than we need for our four motorbikes.

Even in the 20' there should be still space for two more bikes left. We have to transport three KTM and my BMW.

If someone is interested in this opportunity don't hesitate to contact me via the HUBB!

Shipping to Calloa, Lima

The port of Lima, Calloa if not a recommended port to ship to. Shipping and handling in Santiago (Valparais) or Buenos Aires is much better. If ship a bike from the netherlands to Lima. It took a lot of spanish and $$ before we got the bikes out of the harber. The Port of Calloa is not the place you want to hang around it very unsafe. Even our custum agent a Peruvian took a taxi from his offive to the harber gate, 400 meters, out of safety reasons.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
