Can't remember exact details of how much the shipping weight for my crated F800GS was specifically but as you probably know, if you are shipping by air, the price is calculated on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
If you are willing to take off the front tire, side bags, screen, maybe the handle bars, you can reduce the volume to enough of a degree that you will get charged by weight, not by volume.
Take the manufacturers weight of your bike, add weight for side bags and rack, (20kgs?), weight of crate (20kgs?) and that's roughly what you will pay on.
If they are looking for dimensions to confirm that actual weight is greater than volumetric weight, to estimate dimensions with basic disassembly measure height from bottom of your fork tube to top of instrument cluster, length is from tip of front beak to rear, width is handlebars.
