Shipping woes
Hi Bernd and Heidi
When I was shipping out of Japan, I found it was better to get a response using the phone they always had someone who spoke English.
Do try again with Mr Takahashi (his english is good), he was helpful though I ended up with another company in the end as I shared shipping with someone else.
Good luck.
