Share container Brisbane or syd to vladvistok June 14

Hi

We're shipping a Nissan patrol in a 20ft container from Brisbane to vladvistok in June 2014, would look at Sydney if that made sense for use both.

Is anyone interested in sharing container ?

Thanks

Hey hey!

I am very interested In sharing the container with you. would there be enough room for 3 motorbikes?
also when would you ship the car? we are hoping to start our trip in June.

At this point we would prefer Brisbane. I presume you have already got quotes for the shipping container?

Dominic

I think you might be able to fit one bike in with a patrol in a 20 ft container, but it will certainly be a tight squeeze. When we shipped our landcruiser, it just fitted in. No space for a bike, that's for sure. Perhaps a 40ft would be the answer.

hmm.. thats a shame, well lets see what his reply would be.. 40ft would still probably be more economical for all parties?!

did you ship all the way to Vlad?

We shipped from Sydney to Busan in south Korea. Took the ferry from there to Zarubino, just south of Vladivostok. Customs was a breeze there. Probably took us a couple of hours to clear after argot off the ferry. This was a few years back though.

May not be possible as per above size issues but I may also be interested in this for a single bike (soft luggage so not too wide)

Am based in Sydney

Measure the dimensions of the car and bike(s) and check Ocean Container Dimensions

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
