Share a container from Jakarta, Indonesia to Fremantle, Perth, Australia
Hi all,
i am a motorcycle overland traveller from Germany and looking into shipping my bike between Indonesia and Australia in October or November this year (2019).
For Jakarta to Fremantle, Perth, I have found a company that seems to be reliable but the cost is a bit high for just one bike. If we were two bikes, most of the fees could be split. I am looking into a deal of 1000-1200 USD per bike if two bikes.
Hit me up if youre interested.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Thomas,
I am still in the process of sending my bike, meaning its still on the ship towards Australia. While sending it out, I did have a good experience with "Pacific Express Cargo" (I had my bike packed and corresponded with their Ubud Office, you may send Mary an email at ubud (at) pacific-bali (dot) com).
However, the shipping to Australia is being delayed and it takes presumably around six weeks to ship to Australia, as opposed to three that had been scheduled. A friend of mine who shipped with them before had the same experience and a massive delay. If time doesn't matter to you, i can recommend them.

Hi Micha,
so sad to here your misfortune. Time is no matter for me because it's the last shipping at home. Thanks and always a save ride!

Sure.
As I said, I did have a good experience with them so far as they handled my bike well and gave me a reasonable price. It seems they don’t have much of an influence on the shipping time and you have to expect it to travel 6-8 weeks anyway.
