Thanks! Yes - Everything is relevant! Biggest pain is when someone says - "it doesn't work". period. Reminds me when I was a mechanic and a customer would say "My bike doesn't run. How much to fix it?"
I test on Win XP, Vista, Win2k, Mac OSX, Ubuntu Linux, and Firefox and various flavours of IE and Safari on all - but unless I know exactly the problem it's tough to figure it out! I try hard to make sure all our pages work on all those platforms, and sometimes it's not so slick as a result.  But at least you can read it in an internet cafe in Timbuktu! 
In this case though I know Peter is on the road and gives good detail, but I can't reproduce the problem at all.
