I would go with this idea is a very very bad idea..
Posts good or pointless should (note this is not if they are offenceive) should be made without fear of being rated. There is enough people that judge around with out making it easy.. Too often i have seen a person ask a "dumb" question or did not do a good enough "search for the answer" and get ripped on for it.. many were never seen again. (i myself have experience this). If people have dumb questions or comments let them ask it.. if you dont like a post.. DONT BOTHER TYPING! Dont judge or say anything... what is the old saying:
If nothing nice.. say nothing...
this will also cause cliques to form irrelevant of usefullness of post content..
No one here is "The expert" we should not try and make people look like they are...
