Belgium - Thaïland
As the site represents quite an overwhelming amount of information i 'll allready introduce myself as I browse through this site for further information.
Well, the idea is pretty straithforward;
I've got it in my mind of going to thaïland.
I honoustly can 't say why, but there it is, Itching. Waiting to be scratched.
So I'll scratch it, I 'll scratch it all the way from Belgium.
But the farthest i 've gone so far is the south of France, which is pretty much at my doorstep.
To me, it looked like just something I 'd need to prepare a bit more than my previous trips
Any preparation would of been an improvement I guess
Anyway, my old man was so kind as to press my face at a map of the world to let me see what I really was thinking of.
I was silent for quite some time, as I really wasn't having an idea how far that trip really is going to be.
I might of looked like this a bit
I 'm still going
Anyway:
Hi there

Welcome to HU
Be sure to join the Belgian HU Communities (link on left) - and suggest getting together sometime soon. You'll meet loads of others interested in travel too.
And get to the HU Travellers Meeting in the UK in June - sorry no Belgium Meeting this year - next year there will be one if all goes well.
enjoy the site!

I went from Belgium to Thailand last year. Read it here: www.nohorizons.net and ask questions where needed.

I've had it resting for a while, but i'm still really looking forward to meeting some of the advanced connaisseurs in the area of intercontinental travel.
So I'm still very insterested in a BBQ or something like that
Although I would turn out to be amazingly enthusiastic about a simple lineup in some back ally bar of low repute (or any repute for that matter)
Who's in?

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
