Hello, Im on various bike forums but am brand new on here. I have never said hello properly anywhere else so this is a first. I ride an oilhead rs and work all week 48 weeks /year with no prospect of retiring with any money ever so my travelling is limited to 2 weeks at a time So, when i do go anywhere i go quite quickly!

I am interested in contacting some others in a similar position so as to arrange a bike share , one of us can ride it out and the other ride it back. This should theoretically double the range achievable in 2 weeks although one snag with this is that i dont particularly like to use planes either (on principle as they pollute so much but there again i have flexible principles).
