It should be a simple as going to either an airline, shipping company or freightforwarding agency and getting a price, paying the money and leaving the rest up to them.
The bike might be shipped crated or uncrated dependent on who you are shipping with. By air is faster but more expensive, by ship vice-versa. Once the bike gets to the UK you will then need to arrange local customs clearance and collection, including payment of any local fees.
Best to shop around and get multiple quotes, however, I expect you will find all up costs to be more than the bike is worth. Fine if you wish to keep the bike for sentimental purposes, but not if you ae hoping to make money out of the exercise.
