motorcycle mechanic/workshop Bali

Having a few problems with my DRZ400e. Needing to get the carby cleaned and looked at and was wondering if anybody out there knows of any mechanics in Bali? Will be there by the end of the week. Bike is running ok but stalls easily and would be good not to have that worry.
Any help here would be appreciated.

In Denpasar area most big bikes are serviced by a guy with an italian sounding name which i forgot ....

Just clamp to any big bike (ie, >400cc) that you'll see riding around and they should be able to help you.

1- I don't know but trying to help you.
2- Using Google to look up the Fave Hotel -finds it - maybe a quick call to ask them? if you use SKYPE, buy some credit for cheap calls.

amazing what google comes up with
As an alternative to proper carb cleaner, oven cleaner works but is very corrosive to the zinc carb castings - ONLY use for a minute or less aka use VERYcarefully.
Another alternative is hot antifreeze on a 50/50 mix soak then tooth brush job!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
