Hi Aubin and Helen,
Why would you miss the world's best kept secret, Pakistan? Most travellers call it the highlight of their RTW tours. It wont be fair with you and you would be missing the lovely Iran too.
In case you decide to come to Pakistan I would be glad to welcome you.
Have a great trip folks.
Cheers.

recent news regarding Zahedan – Quetta border crossing (Iran – Pakistan)
Hi everyone,
Currently planning a Paris to India journey including going through Turkey > Iran > Pakistan and then India.
At the moment I am writing the Pakistanese embassy in Paris do not seem to grant tourist visas unless you have plane tickets!
I am going to go in person and try settle the matter but any recent news on the region (Irani / Pakistanese border) being more dangerous than usual?
Thanks a lot
Thibault

Overlapping Plan
Hi there!
I am also driving home (slowly) from Malaysia to Germany, but in 2019.
Just wondered if you completed your trip, and if you were successful? What were the difficulties? How was the Thailand-Myanmar-India section?
Thanks,
D

Through Myanmar
Hi we are hoping to travel through Thailand and into Myanmar early in 2019, we are in discussion with an agent and are looking for people to travel with. Mid February to enter Myanmmar and exit into India about 10 days later would suit us, but we are open to discussion if a bit later would suit others. We travel in a Toyota Landcruiser.
Hope to hear fro you if you are interested either here or by private message.

Thailan to Myanmar
Hi JayC
Sorry I have only just found your post. Yes we are still looking for people to go through Myanmar, we are probably 3 people at present, so a few more would be great. We are in discussion with Javier at Osuga travel and hope Tom leave Thailand on 20/2/19, going into India on 1 or 2nd March. We can be a bit flexible on these dates if necessary. Please get intouch if you are interested, it would be great to hear from you.
