F.Y.I. if you need rubber in India - have found someone that can really supply tyres in New Delhi.

there should be something in bombay also but ... no clue, no experience.
i ve heard also that there s a kind of big bikes market in Puna and Bangalore.
any experiences ?
+ in the tourists places, some travellers may leave some tyres, as i did, for example in goa.
the Horizons Unlimited Motorcycle Travellers Community may be usefull :-)

tyres are very much available in mumbai(bombay) and pune(poona)

for delhi, call Dr Arun at 09811060173 and take my (bunny's) refrence. he himself owns a couple of superbikes and is in touch with the others riders, so they will definately help you out.

well, they have a gang of over 30 superbikes. i am sure dey will have good tyres in stock. abt rubber for tourer bikes (bmw and stuff), he knows where to get them from.. if there is a pair available, he will definately know of it

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
